You gotta ask yourself, "How bad do I want it?" The weekend is fast approaching and along with it come very many temptations. Will you practice self discipline and stick to your 8 week goal? Or will you make and excuse and start back over at square one? Keep putting one foot in front of the other, leave the temptations in the dust and focus on the task at hand. Week 2 of boot camp is almost complete! "How bad do you want it?"
