What did you eat today?

Steve: 

This morning at 5:45am i had a protein bar.  Here are the stats: Protein 14gram, carb 7grams, Fat 5 grams
I had a bottle of water with it,  I think.

For Breakfast at 7:30 I had 3 eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon... I know I had a full bottle of water with some cran apple flavoring added.

Snack at 10:30am- Paleo Kit which consist of almonds, beef jerky, a few macadamia nuts, and few pecans.  14 pro, 9 carb and 6-8grams of fat.

Lunch: half a chicken breast and half a strip steak mixed in with some onions, black beans and some sweet corn.  All of this was leftovers so prep time was minimal.

Snack: probably a protein bar or just some water, we are usually busy at this time.

Dinner: Kellar said she wanted a grilled chicken salad and i hear her cutting up stuff as we speak. :)

I tend to eat the same way every day unless something crazy happens.  I'll try to post some quick breakfast ideas for all you guys on the go.  Most important thing though... DRINK WATER!  Hope you all have a great day!
